Please read the following instructions and policies we have put in place to best protect athletes, families and our staff:

Please try not to be too early, come in about 5 min early at the most.
Please bring your own water bottles, we are allowing athletes to use our fountains to fill up water but not to drink from.
Athletes have cubbies for extra items, but please limit the things you bring so you do not touch other peoples items.
Please bring a clean pair of athletics shoes.Pl
Limit to only one adult observing at this time.
Athletes will wash their hands first and then immediately come into the gym to the designated areas on the floor the coaches have pointed out.
If you are feeling sick or know you have recently been to a place with an outbreak of Covid-19 we urge you to stay home and let us know you will not be attending.
